Full job description Senior Family Solicitor – Private Law Children (5+ PQE)/Chartered Legal Executive Salary: £50k - £85k per year Working hours: Full-Time or Part-Time / Flexible hours available Location: Exeter, Taunton, Weston-Super Mare (hybrid working available) A leading, well-established family law practice is seeking an experienced Senior Family Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with Family Practice Rights (litigation and advocacy) with 5+ years’ PQE to join our growing Southwest based team. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a modern, progressive firm known for its high-quality children law work in the Southwest. The Role You will manage your own caseload, although will be supported appropriately by a highly experienced team of senior solicitors, newly qualified solicitors, trainees and paralegals. Your role will include: Representing parents, family members and children in all aspects of Private Law Children proceedings across courts predominately in the Southwest but also further afield Assisting our Child Abduction Team Developing specialisms more esoteric areas of private children law.
