The Agricultural Holdings (Requests for Landlord’s Consent or Variation of Terms and the Suitability Test) (England) Regulations 2021 (the Regulations) - detailed review of the amendments this makes to the suitability test, use of commercial unit test and requests for Landlord’s Consent or Variation of Terms to AHA tenancies.

Speaker - Dr Nerys Llewelyn Jones is Managing Partner of Agricultural Advisor in Carmarthenshire, which she founded in 2011 to provide specialist legal and advocacy services to farmers, landowners and people living in rural areas. She has first-hand knowledge of the farming industry and a PhD in Sustainable Agriculture and its Implementation at an International, European and regional level. She is an accredited mediator and a fellow of the Agricultural Law Association. Nerys is a Commissioner serving on the Commission on Justice in Wales.
