Enable Law launches enhanced parental leave to boost growth Enable Law has introduced an improved parental leave policy that will give new mothers and fathers six months’ full pay. The new benefits will maintain the specialist mental capacity, personal injury and medical negligence law firm’s growth trajectory by strengthening its ability to attract and retain talented individuals. The Plymouth-headquartered firm, which is part of the national Foot Anstey group, previously offered six months’ full pay for adoption, maternity and surrogacy leave.
