Enable Law launches enhanced parental leave to boost growth Enable Law has introduced an improved parental leave policy that will give new mothers and fathers six months’ full pay. The new benefits will maintain the specialist mental capacity, personal injury and medical negligence law firm’s growth trajectory by strengthening its ability to attract and retain talented individuals. We will all experience bereavement at some point in our lives.  Very few of us are adequately prepared or understand how to cope.
