Your Nomination (max 1,500 words) should include:
Company Introduction - Brief description of your firm, any specialisms, the market & locality you operate in and your main customer base. (200 words)
Executive Summary - Summary of your compelling story. Why your entry deserves recognition and a brief description of the person or project or team or company success. (300 words)
Your Story of Success - the story of what has been achieved and how. This should describe the objectives, the process, the role, the changes, and the key successes that led you to an award winning entry in this category. Clear evidence of all that you describe should be given. This should include any supporting relevant documentation.
AND
Business Impact and Results Achieved - Describe your key measurements for success in this category. What goals have been achieved? What positive benefits or contributions has this individual, project, team or company achieved and how has this impacted on the firm? (1,000 words)
