Membership Form for Solicitors and Qualified Lawyers*
Any Solicitor can become a DASLS Member.
*Non-solicitors who are owners or employees of any organisation that is regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority and who are themselves fully qualified and regulated in legal practice by a governing body subject to oversight by the Legal Services Board may become Full Members.
The annual subscription rates for 2026 are:-
£75.00 for every Principal, Partner, Member of an LLP, Director of a Limited Company or other owner of a practice;
£40.00 for every Assistant Solicitor, Associate or other admitted member of a firm (including Consultants) and In-House Lawyers;
£22.50 for non-practising Solicitors. Payment of the appropriate amount should accompany your application.
I wish to become a member of the Devon and Somerset Law Society and agree, if elected, to be bound by all the rules of the Society. (A copy of the Memorandum & Articles of the Society can be found in the resources area of DASLS website)
