Permanent Full Time position 37 hours per week
Team: Legal Services: Property, Planning and Non-Contentious
Salary Range: L (£41,881-£43,857) plus membership of the Local Government Pension Scheme

We’re creating pioneering Passivhaus social housing and working with Homes England to deliver 12,000 new homes in the City over the next 20 years through the Liveable Exeter Garden City project.

You will play a key role working closely with the Council’s City Development department in realising the council’s ambitions for the City. More generally, you will provide practical planning advice, negotiate and draft planning agreements, and advise on enforcement and prosecutions.
